Fruit Blast
Created for Inventive Leisure and the Revolution vodka bars - 2007
ingredients
50 ml Finlandia Mango vodka
2 bar spoons blackcurrant jam
top up with equal parts of cranberry, orange and grapefruit juices
method
mix the jam with the vodka in a short glass;
add crushed ice and the remaining ingredients;
stir and add more crushed ice if needed
garnish
lemon, lime and orange zests
