Aphrodite's Mule
A match made in Aphrodite's heaven, created for the Wyborowa Annual Bartender Companion 2007 and the Revolution vodka bars
ingredients
50 ml ginger & rose infusion (Wyborowa Rose infused with fresh ginger roots and sugar)
3 squeezed lime wedges
2 dashes angustora bitters
top with ginger beer
method
combine all ingredients in glass filled with cubed ice and top up with ginger beer
garnish
rose petal or edible flower
