Berry Delicious
Created for the Leadenhall Revolution bar - 2007
ingredients
50 ml Finlandia Grapefruit
25 ml raspberry puree
100 ml cranberry juice
10 ml sugar syrup
3 dashes Peychaud's aromatic bitters
3 squeezed lime wedges
12 fresh mint leaves
method
rub the mint in your hands and rub against the inside and the rim of the glass;
add all other ingredients along with plenty of cubed ice and stir
garnish
1 mint leave & 1 raspberry
