Coco Vodkabana
A creamy combination of sweet and tropical flavours, inspired by the classic 'Coco Cabana' and created for the Leadenhall Revolution - 2007
ingredients
25 ml Wyborowa vodka
25 ml Malibu
10 ml Midori melon liqueur
25 ml half & half
5 pineapple chunks
method
muddle the pineapple chunks at the bottom of a Boston glass;
add all other ingredients along with plenty of cubed ice;
shake firmly and double strain into a pre-chilled coupette
garnish
pineapple wedge on rim
