Created for Akvinta vodka - 2008
ingredients
70 ml Akvinta vodka
10 ml sugar syrup
2 rosemary sprigs
2 inches peeled and dices ripe cucumber
method
muddle the cucumber dices in a Bostom glass together with the sugar syrup;
add the vodka and the roughly broken rosemary sprigs;
shake firmly with plenty of cubed ice and double strain in a pre-chilled martini glass
garnish
cherry tomato & thin cucumber slice flag
(serve with marinated olives and feta)
