Lancaster Vodka Masterclass,

La Panthère Rose
Created for the Pernod Ricard International Conference, les Embiez - 2007
ingredients
50 ml Wyborowa Rose vodka
5 fresh strawberries
20 ml sugar syrup
10 ml orange curacao
25 ml orange juice
top champagne
method
muddle the strawberries in a Boston glass;
cpmbine all other ingredients except champagne and add plenty of cubed ice;
shake firmly and double strain into a large burgundy glass full of crushed ice;
top with champagne
garnish
sugar-dipped strawberry & thin orange peel
