Ultimately Fabulous
Inspired by the 'Absolutely Fabulous' cocktail created in 1999 at Monte's Club, London, named after the Absolutely Fabulous television series where Patsy consumed copious quantities of Stoli & Bolly - darlings... (2008)
ingredients
25 ml Ultimat vodka
40 ml cranberry juice
champagne top
method
shake the vodka and the juice with plenty of cubed ice;
double strain into a pre-chilled flute;
top up with champagne
garnish
1/2 strawberry on the rim
